Vit.E….. Aloe….. and the got creams I like the Vit E. But also make sure you are feeding the baby correctly THE WHOLE ****** should be in the baby’s mouth no brown or pink what every color your ****** is should show. Some female get Very Large ******* i still should be in the baby’s mouth

my wife got these silicon ****** shields from avent. they work exactly like bottle nippes except they go over the mom’s nipple, shielding it from the rigors of feeding but at the same time allowing the baby to **** out milk.

she never used it though. whenever her ******* got sore, my wife just shifted to the other ****** for a half a day or so just to give the sore one a break.

    hope this helps!

usually nursing mother just ask their spouses to stop for a few days and the cracked or sore ****** will heal by itself.

I never used them for my second baby. She was a constant feeder so, cracked and sore ******* don’t matter anymore. When she feeds…she really feeds and I myself want her to feed in order to relieve the soreness of the ****** itself. I breastfed her until she was 18months.
First 9 months..it was constantly several times a day.
After a few months…her feeding had lessened cause she is eating more and more solids. I only breastfeed her in the morning and at night and I go to work while she goes to Day Care center. Until she finally stopped cause she likes cold milk better.

Overall, you don’t need creams. Even though those creams are not harmful to your baby, she still feeds from you and she still gets those foreign chemicals. Some babies react to them and some don’t.
Others mothers just warm their ******* using a hot face towel. Don’t soap them as it will just dry your skin and areola. Boil water and keep it aside for your hot towel. Just place the towel over your sore ******* and do this anytime of the day or whenever you feel the need to.

    Hope this helps.

I used PALMER’s COCOA before. Though i did not bleed nor sore that much. It helped me refrain from experiencing one.. I recommend the brand so much that even their product to minimize stretch marks works. I have included here the website of palmers. If your from Manila, you can get the product from Rustan’s..=) Goodluck!

Me thinks it would be better to either alternately use ******* or to use a pump during these sore periods to give the ******* a chance to heal themselves. For as long as it is ****** milk, I don’t think the method of delivery is important.
