Absolutely stay away from salicylic acid…it’s in almost EVERY face product out there so read your labels carefully!

If you can switch to an all natural/organic brand, even better…Burt’s Bees, JASON, Dr. Bronner’s, etc. are all great products that don’t contain harmful ingredients.

I’m a nursing mom and I made so many changes for my son. It didn’t make sense to breastfeed him, but not make sure that the milk was healthy. Also be care what kind of hair products you use because those chemicals can leach into your body also. Obviously, you have to find the balance that is right for your family…But we only nurse our babies for a short while, so the sacrifice is totally worth it!

They should all be fine. Talk to your doctor, as each doctor feels differently about anything you take/use while pregnant or nursing, but as ****** products are all topical and not systemic, you should be fine.
