Breast milk is best for baby’s health, it is recommended by pediatricians everywhere that they be fed ****** milk alone for at least the first four months, some recommend six.
What you can do is get a good ****** pump, pump and store in sterilized plastic bags, in the freezer. they can be thawed at room temperature when ready to use or warmed a little in a teacup of hot water. Take the pump with you, pump as much as you can during your time away and discard it. This will help to maintain your supply.
